What metals do you use, and are they safe for sensitive skin?

Most Dragonfly Jewelry pieces are crafted from sterling silver or 14k gold vermeil (a thick layer of gold over sterling silver). All ear posts and hooks are nickel-safe and designed with sensitive skin in mind. If you’d like details on a specific piece, you’ll find the exact materials listed on each product page.

How long will shipping take, and is it tracked?

Standard shipping within the U.S. typically arrives in 3–7 business days once your order is processed. Every order includes tracking, and gift sets over $150 include complimentary shipping insurance. Need it sooner? Expedited options are available at checkout.

Can I include a personalized note with my gift?

Yes. All Dragonfly Moment and multi-set packages include a handwritten note card. You’ll be able to enter your message during checkout. For larger group orders, our team can help you customize cards for each recipient.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer 30-day returns on unworn pieces in their original packaging, and we’re happy to help with exchanges if you need a different length, finish, or style. Simply reach out to our support team with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process.
